August was quite the whirlwind, and while I had planned to spend my summer updating my website and all things social, it paled in comparison to the incredible experience I had—photographing Brittany and Jared’s elopement in Santorini, Greece!

With their elopement being a last-minute decision, I’m grateful that I had the opportunity to join them, as well as that I had renewed my passport last year and opened my business up to more destination wedding photography and elopements.

Being in Santorini was truly magical, everything from the volcanic islands, to the sweet couple’s vows, and the beautiful, love-filled atmosphere. After the ceremony, we celebrated with cake, a champagne toast, and first dance, before visiting Oia and Megalochori for some stunning wedding portraits.

The trip reignited my passion for travel, and I’m already looking forward to photographing more destination weddings and engagements in London and Paris in 2023.
